Daniel Gonzalez

Daniel Gonzalez has over a decade of experience in human resources and currently serves as the Jefe de Recursos Humanos at AccorHotels. In this role, they manage key strategies focused on talent development, efficient processes, and creating an inclusive work environment. Daniel has previously held positions at the Ministerio de Trabajo, Empleo y Seguridad Social and Alto Parana S.A., where they contributed to training and recruitment efforts. They are also pursuing a degree in Labor Relations at Universidad Nacional del Nordeste, currently working on their thesis.
