Dawn Chen is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Key Account Director at Accor since June 2019, Dawn oversees multi-segment corporate, MICE, and leisure business development. Previously held positions include Business Development Director for Southeast Asia, Japan, and South Korea and Assistant Director of Sales at various reputable organizations. As the Founder of YourSustainableStore.com, Dawn curates stylish and affordable products aimed at promoting a greener lifestyle. Additional experience includes managing regional sales for InterContinental Hotels Group and leading sales initiatives at Sofitel and The St. Regis Singapore. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from RMIT University and a Diploma with Merit in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Temasek Polytechnic.
