Fanny Peraldi

Fanny PERALDI is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President Talent & Culture for the Mediterranean and North Africa at Accor since September 2024, Fanny previously held the position of Corporate Human Resources Director at Moët Hennessy from January 2021 to November 2024. Prior roles include HR Director Global Services at SMCP from January 2018 to January 2021, HR Development Manager at Le Printemps from September 2011 to February 2018, and Sales and Training Manager in Spain for Yves Rocher from January 2009 to January 2010. Fanny holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Sciences Po and a Master's in Business Law from Aix-Marseille University, demonstrating a strong foundation in both HR practices and legal principles.
