Gavin Porter has extensive experience in the culinary industry, currently serving as Culinary Operations Manager and previously in various executive chef roles at Accor since June 2017. Throughout the career, Gavin has held the position of Executive Chef at Ormond College, The University of Melbourne, and with InterContinental Hotels Group, overseeing food and beverage operations. Early career experience includes a Sous Chef role at Hilton Worldwide. Educational background includes attending Kyneton Secondary from 1997 to 2002 and Romsey Primary School from 1990 to 1996.
