Graham Dodd has extensive experience in the hospitality sector, having held various leadership roles since the mid-1990s. Dodd began a career at Christie + Co as Director before moving to Knight Frank LLP as Partner from March 2009 to July 2010. Dodd served as Senior Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels from February 2006 to November 2008, followed by a prominent role at Hilton Worldwide as Development Director for the UK and Ireland from September 2010 to May 2025, and later as Managing Director of Development for the same region from February 2018 until May 2025. Currently, Dodd is the Vice President of Development for the UK & Ireland at Accor, a position held since September 2025. Dodd's academic background includes a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management from Birmingham City University, obtained between 1988 and 1993.
