Hani, CPHRM, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent management and organizational culture. Currently serving as the Director of Talent & Culture at AccorHotels since December 2018, Hani oversees a comprehensive range of HR functions including employer branding, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at éL Royale Hotel Jakarta and Talent & Culture Manager at AccorHotels, where Hani focused on aligning HR strategies with hotel operations.
