Javed Shaikh

Javed Shaikh is currently the Director of Revenue Management for Accor’s Premium, Midscale, and Economy brands in Indonesia and Malaysia, where they drive revenue growth through data-driven strategies and dynamic pricing. Previously, Javed held positions including Revenue Manager for Vietnam, Philippines, and Maldives, and Cluster Revenue Manager in Auckland, overseeing revenue and distribution for multiple hotels. Javed's experience spans several years in the hospitality industry, having also contributed as the Director of Revenue Management at Swissôtel Nankai Osaka and as a Cluster Hotel Revenue Analyst with Sofitel Luxury Hotels and Resorts. Javed holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel/Motel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Hospitality Management from PIHMS.
