Javier Bello is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Beginning a career at Restaurante Ambigu in Madrid from 1999 to 2000, Javier continued to develop skills at Sofitel Luxury Hotels and Resorts as a Sous Chef from May 2003 to April 2010. Presently, Javier serves as the Executive Chef at Pullman Hotels & Resorts since April 2010 and also holds the position of F&B Manager for Luxury, Upscale & Midscale at AccorHotels Spain & Portugal since December 2015. Javier obtained a higher degree in Restaurant Management and Gastronomy from EHT de Alcala de Henares between 1997 and 1999 and completed secondary education at IES. Alonso Avellaneda from 1995 to 1997.
