Jerome Lanternier

Jerome Lanternier is the Directeur des Opérations Franchises for the Nouvelle Aquitaine Côte Atlantique region. Previously, they served as Responsable de restauration at Novotel hotels from 2003 to 2012, managing annual service budgets and a team of up to 25 people. They also held various positions at Accor, including Chef de projet operationnel restauration midscale and Delegué restauration, where they contributed to the development and implementation of restaurant concepts across numerous hotels. Jerome's educational background includes a Baccalauréat Professionnel in Restaurant/Food Services Management from Lycée Hôtelier Blois, completed in 1992.
