Joanne Trudeau, CITP, has over three decades of experience in the luxury hotel segment, currently serving as Director, Global Accounts, Meetings and Events at AccorHotels since October 1989. In this role, Joanne focuses on maximizing opportunities with key Midwest Corporate and Third Party Accounts, leveraging expertise gained from representing Fairmont, Raffles, and Swissotel during a previous tenure at FRHI Hotels & Resorts from May 1991 to December 2016. Recognized as a Top Performer and Masters Club Member multiple times, Joanne's strategic approach has facilitated long-term relationships and the successful management of diverse client needs across over 350 global destinations. Joanne holds a degree from McMaster University and has completed training from Franklin Covey in helping clients succeed.
