Jonel Paduga, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Finance at Accor since November 2025. Prior to this role, Jonel held the same title at Aman from August 2023 to September 2025 and worked as a Financial Controller at Crimson Hotel Filinvest City, Manila from April 2019 to August 2023, as well as at Best Western Plus The Ivywall Hotel from March 2016 to March 2019 during pre-opening. Additional experience includes serving as Area Financial Controller for Planhotel Hospitality Group, overseeing multiple island resorts, and various roles in financial management and operations at Banyan Group, where responsibilities ranged from Head of Finance to Chief Accountant. Jonel began a career in accounting at Aman with positions including Fixed Assets & Villa Accountant and Night Auditor, following early experience as a student trainee. Jonel earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the Philippine School of Business Administration in 2004.
