Keren Chen, PMP®, currently serves as the Manager of Learning & Development for Fairmont & Raffles Global Corporate at Accor since August 2025. Prior experience includes working as a Program Manager for Learning & Leadership at lululemon from May 2019 to July 2025, where program leadership for key learning initiatives impacted over 40,000 employees globally. Keren Chen also founded and acted as CEO of Kindred Wellness Inc., developing community-focused corporate wellness programs and achieving high guest satisfaction. Roles in corporate wellness consulting and nutrition, as well as coaching positions at various fitness establishments, complement an extensive background in program execution and leadership development. Keren Chen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Foods, Nutrition, and Related Services from Toronto Metropolitan University.
