Lavina Sequeira

Lavina Sequeira has a diverse background in the hospitality industry, with significant experience in front desk operations and guest relations. Starting as a hotel operational trainee at Dona Sylvia Beach Resort in India, Lavina progressed to roles including Front Desk Associate at ITC Gardenia and Guest Relations at AccorHotels. Lavina later worked at Premier Inn Hotels - Middle East as a Front Desk Receptionist and subsequently as a Front Office Supervisor from March 2021 to March 2024. Currently, Lavina holds the position of Front Office Supervisor at Accor since June 2024. Educational qualifications include a Pre-University degree from SBRR Mahajana First Grade College, a Diploma in Fashion Design from Queens School of Design, and a Diploma in Aviation, Hospitality, and Travel Management from Frankfinn Institute of Airhostess Training in Goa.
