Leon Wu

Leon Wu currently serves as the Director of Corporate Finance for the Pacific region at Accor since February 2025. Prior to this role, Leon held various finance positions at Axway, including Finance Director and Financial Controller for the Asia Pacific region, where responsibilities included managing periodic closing processes, audit and tax returns, and leading key projects that resulted in significant cost savings and improved financial reporting. Earlier experience includes serving as Finance Manager at Safran, where Leon implemented financial planning systems and enhanced reporting efficiency, as well as roles at LexisNexis, Reed Business Information, and CNET, focusing on financial analysis, reconciliations, and accounting. Leon holds an Executive MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Master's degree in Accounting from Macquarie University.
