Currently serving as the Director of Commercial for Indonesia and Malaysia at Accor, Lisa provides strategic guidance to enhance overall performance across properties. Previously, Lisa held various senior marketing and guest experience roles within Accor and has a strong background in food and beverage management from esteemed establishments like Crowne Plaza and The Westbury Hotel. Lisa earned a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management from the Dublin Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree from the Swiss Hotel Management School Les Roches.
