Mark Ryan is currently the Director of Commercial for Accor, overseeing commercial operations across Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia, and Laos since 2023. Previously, they held various leadership roles at IHG Hotels & Resorts from 2018 to 2020, enhancing commercial performance across multiple regions, including the UAE, Levant, Africa, and Southeast Asia. Mark has also led global sales initiatives at Jumeirah Group between 2008 and 2011. They obtained a Diploma in Hotel Management from Technological University Dublin and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies focused on Tourism and Hospitality Management from Athlone Institute of Technology.
