Mark Zhang

Resident Manager

Mark Zhang possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, beginning as a bellman and receptionist at Jinxi Hotel Foshan from September 2011 to March 2013. Mark advanced to roles as a front desk agent and captain at Vipu Hotel Foshan before joining InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) in December 2013, where responsibilities included bellboy, front desk agent, and club lounge agent until April 2015. Following this, Mark served as Assistant Manager and Front Office Manager at various Wyndham Hotels & Resorts properties from May 2015 to August 2017. In December 2020, Mark became Front Office Manager and later Resident Manager at Mercure hotels, gaining significant managerial experience. Mark holds an Associate Degree in Human Resources Management from Xi'an Jiaotong University, earned between 2018 and 2021.
