Matt Gell

Matt Gell is currently the Procurement Director for Global Category Management at Accor, where they oversee strategic procurement initiatives. Previously, they held various roles at InterContinental Hotels Group, including Global Procurement Category Manager for Food and Beverage, and Brand Supply Chain Manager for EMEAA. Matt's extensive experience in procurement began at Whitbread, where they served as Area Chef Coach and later as Regional Food Operations Manager. They further developed their expertise at iTradeNetwork and returned to IHG as a Procurement Manager for the UK Food category. Matt is pursuing a degree in Hospitality and Catering Management at Highbury College.
