Matt O’Brien is passionate about people, purpose, and progressive hospitality. Currently serving as a People and Culture Manager at Accor, they bring extensive experience from roles including Guest Experience Agent at QT Hotels and Resorts and Assistant Manager at Hayes Common. Matt has also worked onboard with Qantas and has experience in retail as a Retail Ambassador for Allbirds. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management & Employment Relations from Massey University and a Diploma in Hotel Management with a major in Wine Studies from Queenstown Resort College.
