Matthew Joyce is the Vice President of Hospitality Tech Vertical Lead for Europe and North Africa at Accor, specializing in managing the tech operations of Managed hotels within the company’s diverse portfolio. With a strong background in project management and hotel operations, Matthew focuses on enhancing guest experiences and transitioning hotel systems to the cloud. Prior to this role, they held various positions including IT Operations Manager and Director of IT Operations for Northern Europe, where they oversaw IT strategy and infrastructure across multiple regions. Matthew earned a degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the University of Brighton, graduating with honors.
