Michelle Webb is an experienced professional in the hospitality and real estate sectors, currently serving as Manager of Leasing & Commercial at Accor since 2015, focusing on the value enhancement of the leased hotels portfolio. Previously, Michelle held the role of Manager of Development & Franchise at Accor, achieving a 100% success rate in renewing hotel management agreements across Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji and contributing to the Mantra acquisition team. Prior experience includes serving as Director of UK Hotel Transactions at Savills, leading significant hotel sales and development negotiations, and as Executive Vice President of Investment Sales, Hotels & Hospitality at JLL, where key transactions included high-profile hotel sales in London. Michelle holds a Graduate Certificate of Property & Development and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Hospitality Management from UNSW.
