Nancy Liu

Nancy Liu, CPA, currently serves as the Portfolio Financial Controller Operations for the Salter Brothers Hotel Real Estate Joint Venture at Accor since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles at BWH Hotel Group Australasia from September 2019 to November 2022, where Nancy held positions as Senior Finance Manager and Finance Manager, overseeing strategic decision-making, budgeting, and financial reporting. Before that, Nancy worked as a Finance Manager at Best Western® Hotels & Resorts from September 2018 to August 2019, and as Accounting Manager, where responsibilities included month-end close and tax compliance. Nancy's career began at Nick Scali Furniture, progressing from Debtor Accountant to Assistant Accountant, managing GL closing and financial reporting. Nancy holds a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney, completed in 2011.
