Natalia SIMIAN

Natalia Simian is a Senior Finance Director in the Commercial Division for Europe and North Africa, with over 15 years of experience in multinational environments. They have specialized in financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision support, with proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and process transformation. Previously, Natalia served as an International Financial Controller at RRC and held multiple roles at Hertz between 2015 and 2022, including Financial Planning Analyst. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Finance Director at Accor in 2023. Natalia holds a Master’s degree and a Research Doctorate in International Economics from the International Business School of Moscow and the Université de Moscou, as well as a Doctorat from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
