Pedro Araque has over two decades of experience in the fields of human resources and law, with significant leadership roles in various organizations. Since July 2016, Pedro has held multiple director-level positions within Accor, including Director of People & Culture at SO/ Sotogrande and Director of Talent & Culture at Fairmont Rey Juan Carlos I, as well as serving as Labour Relations Manager at Accor HQ for Spain and Portugal. Prior to accor, Pedro worked as a lawyer at Herrera Abogados and co-founded Docubralia. Pedro has also held key roles in HR management at Agrupalia, Hospital San Camilo, and USP Hospitales Internacional, emphasizing expertise in personnel administration and corporate HR strategies. Educationally, Pedro holds a Law degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, an MBA in Strategic Management from Universidade Federal do Paraná, and a Master's in HR Management & Labor Law from Escuela Jca.
