健潮 吴 is a seasoned Executive Sous Chef currently at Accor since 2019. They have held various culinary positions across prestigious hotels, including Hilton Qingdao Golden Beach and Crown Plaza Guangzhou, where their expertise encompassed fine dining, hygiene training, and cost control. Previously, they served as a Special Sous Chef at Hilton Hotels & Resorts and received recognition as excellent staff during their tenure at Shangri-la Hotel Guangzhou.健潮 吴 graduated from the Tourism School of Guangdong Province, where they pursued their culinary education from 2005 to 2007.
