Pradeep Roy

Pradeep Roy is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and technology sectors, currently serving as CTS Manager for Franchised Hotels at Accor since April 2024. Previously, Pradeep held the position of Digital Cloud Solutions Architect/ Customer Success Manager EMEA at Microsoft from November 2022 to March 2024, where responsibilities included designing and implementing tailored cloud solutions for clients. Prior to Microsoft, Pradeep was General Manager at Corus Hotel Hyde Park, overseeing overall business performance, and Operations Manager, where key achievements included the development of GDPR standard operating procedures. Other notable roles include Assistant Operations Manager at Hilton London Metropole, Deputy General Manager at The Mandolay Hotel, and a variety of managerial positions at DoubleTree by Hilton and Marriott Hotels. Pradeep holds an MSc in International Hospitality Management from Leeds Beckett University, along with various leadership training certifications from Hilton and Marriott, and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University.
