Sami Aawar is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the General Manager for the pre-opening of Mövenpick Baghdad at Accor since September 2024. Aawar's career in the hotel industry began at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, where key positions included Assistant Front Office Manager, Rooms Division Manager at Mövenpick Hotel Al Aziziyah, and multiple roles at Mövenpick Hotel Doha, culminating in the position of General Manager.
