Sethumadhavan Raman

Sethumadhavan Raman is currently the Director of People & Culture at Accor, bringing over four years of experience in this role. Previously, they served as a Cluster Director and Talent & Culture Manager within Accor, and prior to that, they held positions at Hyatt Hotels Corporation as an Assistant Manager and Human Resources Manager. Their career includes a notable fifteen years in the Indian Navy, where they held the rank of Petty Officer. Sethumadhavan holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Annamalai University and is pursuing a B.Sc. in Psychology at Alagappa University.
