Sim Dhillon has extensive experience in talent management and human resources within the hospitality sector. Currently serving as the Director of Talent & Culture at Accor since March 2015, Sim has held various roles including Regional Talent & Culture Manager and Regional Talent & Culture Advisor across multiple Australian regions. Prior to Accor, Sim worked as a Human Resources Consultant at SACS Consulting and as a Recruitment Consultant at both SKILLED Group and Hamilton James & Bruce. Sim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science with a focus on Psychology from RMIT University.
