Sohail Jamil

Sohail Jamil has extensive experience in financial management within the hospitality sector, having held various leadership roles including Director of Finance & Business Support at InterContinental Hotels Group and Finance and Administration Manager at Holiday Inn Express. At Accor, Sohail served as Cluster Financial Controller overseeing multiple hotel properties, as well as Financial Controller and Chief Accountant at Novotel Al Dana Resort and Mercure Grand Hotel, respectively. Early career experiences include roles as Credit Controller and Financial Accountant at Mercure Grand Hotel, focusing on financial reporting, budgeting, and cost management. Sohail holds an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from the Association of Chartered Chartered Accountants, a CA Foundation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance from Oxford Brookes University, complemented by comprehensive training in corporate finance and performance management through ACCA.
