Thak Thapa is currently the Head Chef at Accor, bringing extensive experience from various prestigious hotels and resorts. Previously, Thak served as a Sous Chef at both AccorHotels and Hilton, and held roles as Chef De Partie at Constance Hotels and InterContinental Hotels & Resorts. Thak's culinary journey began at Rodas an Ecotel Hotel, and spans over two decades in the hospitality industry, demonstrating a strong expertise in food and beverage management. Thak holds a diploma of craftsmanship in cookery, focused on Hospitality Administration/Management, from Atomic Energy Central School.
