Thomas Larroche is currently the Group SVP of HR at Accor, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as the Human Resources Director at CMA CGM from 2020 to 2022, and as the Human Resources and Operations Director at Burger King Corporation from 2017 to 2019. Thomas also worked as a Social Law Counsel at Onet Sécurité in 2012-2013 and completed internships in related fields. Thomas holds a Master’s degree in Labour Law from Université Paul Cézanne and additional qualifications in HR and management from KEDGE Business School and Sciences Po Aix.
