Tuncay Beyaz serves as the Cluster General Manager for Mercure & Qstyle Hotel Trabzon and COO of Kasır Yapı / Sare Turizmcilik A.Ş, starting March 2024. With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Tuncay has been with Accor since March 2015, previously holding the position of General Manager and Managing Director of the owning company for the 5-star Mercure Hotel Trabzon, which features 213 deluxe rooms and suites overlooking the Black Sea. Prior to this, Tuncay held key roles at FRHI Hotels & Resorts, Global Events & Meetings Solutions, Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts, and Swiss International Hotels & Resorts, accumulating significant expertise in food and beverage management as well as operational leadership. Tuncay's career began with Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., showcasing a long-standing commitment to excellence in the hospitality sector.
