ZIED SASSI

Zied Sassi is a dedicated professional currently serving as the Director of Food and Beverage for Accor, overseeing multiple sites including TATA-EUROMED, Novotel Suite, and Ibis Marseille Centre Euromed. They have accumulated extensive experience in the hospitality industry, previously holding positions from Commis de Restauration at Club Med to Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Groupe Bourdoncle. In addition to their current role, Zied is also an Assistant Service and Sommellerie at Ritz-Carlton Montreal and serves as Treasurer at the Union De la Sommellerie Française. Zied is pursuing ongoing education in health and hygiene at the Institut de Tourisme et d'Hôtellerie du Québec, alongside international sommelier studies at the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
