Text Detection & OCR

Uses Tesseract or Donut model for text and data extraction.

Extracts vendor, amount, date, tax, line items, etc.

Converts results into structured JSON format.

Storage & Indexing

MinIO: Stores original files.

MongoDB: Stores extracted metadata and content.

Milvus: Stores vector embeddings for semantic search/chat.

AI Assistant & Search

Users interact via a chat interface to retrieve financial records using natural language.

GL Integration

Metadata is mapped to chart of accounts and exported to General Ledger.
