Mark Feola

Mark Feola has a strong background in human resources and customer success. Mark started their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Tenet Healthcare in 2011 and later became a Senior Human Resources Generalist. In 2019, they joined Catholic Health Services as a Director of Human Resources. Mark then transitioned into the tech industry, working as a Customer Success Manager at FieldEdge in 2021, where they eventually became a Team Lead for Customer Success. Currently, they are working at Accredible as an Account Manager, and recently promoted to the position of Senior Account Manager.

Mark Feola attended Lely High School from 2002 to 2006, although they did not receive a degree or specialize in any specific field during that time. Mark later pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Human Resources Management from Florida Gulf Coast University, completing their degree from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, Mark obtained two certifications as a Transport Exchange Group Trusted Member from Accredible Demo in January 2023.
