Mark Wright is a seasoned consultant with over three decades of experience in venue design, food and beverage strategy, and sustainability. Currently, they serve as the Principal of Wright Venue Consulting, where they help clients enhance operational execution and guest experiences. Mark's previous roles include Head of Culinary Operations at Aviva Stadium and Director of Member Services & Catering at Etihad Stadium, where they managed substantial food and beverage turnovers. Additionally, they co-founded Perfectly Paired, an Australian hospitality consulting service, and serve as General Manager for Accredit Solutions in the APAC region. Mark holds advanced diplomas in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management.
