Rob Curtis

Rob Curtis is currently the Business Development Director for the West Region at Accruit, where they focus on providing streamlined 1031 Exchange solutions to real estate investors. With over three years of experience in the qualified intermediary industry, Rob's role involves managing client funds, educating stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with IRS standards. Previously, Rob coordinated Arizona operations at Asset Preservation, Inc., and managed various projects in commercial real estate at V.I.C. Commercial, LLC and VP Commercial Real Estate Development Corp. They hold an Associate's Degree in Real Estate-Finance and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Ferris State University, and are still pursuing education at the University of Michigan.
