Richard Bauer

Richard Bauer is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various technology companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Acsense since February 2025, Richard specializes in identity management, focusing on the Enterprise IAM Resilience Platform designed to protect Okta environments. Previously, Richard held the position of Vice President of Global Sales at PlainID from September 2019 to December 2024, contributing to the development of a pioneering policy-based access control solution. Richard's earlier roles include Vice President of Americas-Cyber at Ericom Software, where remote browser isolation was promoted, and Vice President of Sales at PointRF Solutions, OzVision, and Cloverleaf, leading to significant organizational improvements and the successful sale of Cloverleaf to Dot Hill in 2010. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stony Brook University and an MBA in Marketing from Pace University's Lubin School of Business.
