Pablo Steenwinkel

Pablo Steenwinkel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology, quality, and innovation within the chemical and packaging industries. Currently serving as the Group Head of Technology & Quality at Accsys since January 2021, Pablo leads a technical team and drives growth strategies focused on product leadership and quality. Prior roles include Group Head of Technology at Flint Group, where responsibilities encompassed flexible packaging technical customer service and research and development across EMEA. Previous experience also includes leadership positions at Avery Dennison in R&D and management roles at DSM, where Pablo managed teams in product development and coatings technology. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Organometallic Chemistry & Catalysis from Utrecht University and various post-academic credentials in coatings technology and polymer science.
