David Conner has a diverse educational background in the field of English and creative writing. David began their academic journey in 1996 at Northern Virginia Community College, where they pursued English Honors. After completing their time there, they transferred to George Mason University in 1997 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with a focus on Film and Media Studies, in 2001. Seeking further specialization, David attended the University of Cambridge in 2000 as a Summer Honors Scholar, focusing on English Literature with a specific emphasis on British and Commonwealth works. Later on, they continued their studies at George Mason University and earned a Master of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing from 2005 to 2008.
