Prior to this role, Steven co-owned Athena The Training Professionals from 2005 to 2009, where valuable skills in entrepreneurship and team leadership were developed. Steven's educational background includes service in the United States Air Force from 1989 to 1995, where training as a Tactical Aircraft Maintenance Specialist was obtained.
