Christy Roberg

Christy Roberg has held a variety of roles in the healthcare and education industries, beginning with their position as a Senior Healthcare Analyst at Kaiser Permanente in 2000. Christy then moved to Anaheim Memorial Medical Center in 2003, where they served as Manager of Performance Improvement. In 2007, Roberg joined St. Joseph Health System as Director of Strategic Services. Christy then transitioned to the University of Phoenix in 2009 as Faculty. In 2012, they joined Providence Health & Services as Associate Administrator. Most recently, Roberg has been working at Paychex since 2019 as a Strategic Account Manager, and they currently hold the position of Research and Development Product Manager and Customer Success at AccuBuild Construction Software, which they began in 2021.

Christy Roberg earned their AA in Business Administration from San Bernardino Valley College between 1994 and 1997. Christy then obtained their BA in Business Administration from California State University-San Bernardino - College of Business and Public Administration between 1999 and 2001, with a focus in Management Information Systems, General. Finally, they earned their MS in Heath Services Administration from California State University-San Bernardino between 2001 and 2003. Additionally, they hold a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
