David Tran

David Tran has a diverse background in sales and leadership roles within the cybersecurity industry. David is currently serving as the GM International at CyFlare, a top global Managed Security Service Provider (MSP) and Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) that offers XDR-enabled SOC services. Prior to this, they held the position of VP Sales, International at AccuKnox.

Before joining AccuKnox, David worked as a Sr. Sales Director at Appaegis and as a Regional Sales Director, APAC & Japan at Preempt Security. David also served as the VP International Channel Sales at CyFlare and as a Sr. Sales Director, APAC & Japan at Stellar Cyber.

David's earlier career includes roles such as the APAC SE Director at Barracuda Networks, the VP of Sales & Technical Services at Xcel Vietnam, the Sr. Sales Director & Technical Services, APAC at Altor Networks Inc. (a Juniper Networks Company), and the VP of Sales & Technical Services, APAC at Montego Networks.

Throughout their career, David has gained expertise in various aspects of cybersecurity, including identity authentication, breach detection and response, virtual network security, and content security.

David Tran attended CSU, Fresno where they obtained a Bachelors degree in Chemistry with a minor in Math. David also engaged in Graduate Study of Chemistry at CSU, Long Beach. The specific start and end dates for these educational endeavors are unknown.
