Anna Wilhelm

Anna Wilhelm has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Anna started their career as an Editorial Intern at Eichborn Berlin in 2008, where they assisted with editorial work and public relations. Anna then worked as a Tourist Guide and Storyteller at Beniruslocin, developing concepts and delivering guided tours focused on Berlin's history.

In 2007, they became a Museum Coordinator at The Story of Berlin GmbH & Co. KG, managing the daily operations of a large interactive exhibition. Anna'sresponsibilities included financial management and reporting.

From 2011 to 2013, Anna worked at Affinitas GmbH - eDarling, initially as a Customer Care Agent and QA Tester, providing customer support and quality assurance for the Russian market. Anna later became a Product Manager, overseeing the development of internal software and managing medium-large projects and maintenance roadmaps. Anna implemented a pricing tool that streamlined the payment application on web and mobile products.

Anna then joined Prorenata AB in 2013 as a Product Manager, leading the product development of software for electronic health care documentation. Anna focused on simplicity and user experience, analyzed KPIs, and implemented process improvements. In 2016, they were promoted to Senior Product Manager and in 2019, became the Chief Compliance Officer. Anna'scontributions helped Prorenata become the market leader in web-based electronic medical records systems in Sweden.

In 2022, Anna joined Joint Academy as a Compliance Lead Europe, overseeing compliance matters. Anna then moved on to become the Head of Compliance at Blodtrycksdoktorn in 2023.

Prior to their current role, Anna worked at System4 from 2005 onwards as a Product Evangelist. System4 is an association of privately operated networks, servers, and services offering IT solutions. Anna played a crucial role in driving this private hobby project.

Throughout their career, Anna has demonstrated expertise in compliance, product management, customer support, quality assurance, and project management.

Anna Wilhelm completed their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Science of literature editing (Editionswissenschaft) from Freie Universität Berlin from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in European History from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, which they completed from 2000 to 2005. In addition to their academic degrees, Anna also holds several certifications, including ISTQB Certified Tester, Foundation Level from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) obtained in June 2013, Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance obtained in September 2013, and Certified ScrumMaster, also from Scrum Alliance obtained in August 2013.
