Jonathan Svärdén

Jonathan Svärdén has a diverse work experience in the field of web development and technical support. Jonathan started their career at Concentrix as a Technical Support Representative, where they provided customer support for Microsoft's consumer web services. Jonathan also developed browser-based tools to enhance Microsoft's back-office software.

Afterward, Jonathan worked at Digital Outsource Services (Pty) Ltd as a Web Developer. Jonathan collaborated with external partners to implement websites based on design mockups and ensured full browser compatibility, including older versions of Internet Explorer. Jonathan also handled integration with the company's content management system.

Later, Jonathan joined Softhouse as a Software Developer, where they contributed to software development projects. Finally, they are currently working at Blodtrycksdoktorn as a Senior Web Developer and recently transitioned into the role of Lead Frontend Developer.

Jonathan Svärdén attended The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, where they studied Engineering Mathematics. Jonathan obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in August 2015.
