Sunil Menon

Sunil Menon has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Sunil began their career in 1999 as a Software Trainer at LNSEL Softwares (Exports) Ltd. Sunil then worked as a Talent Acquisition Lead at JKCM Infotech from 2004 to 2007 and as the Recruitment Head at Overseas Manpower Consulting Firm from 2007 to 2011. In 2012, Sunil joined IT Trailblazers as an Account Manager, and in 2013, they became a Senior Manager at Avesta. From 2015 to 2020, they served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at IKS Health. In 2020, Sunil joined Navisite as an Associate Director of Talent Acquisition, and they currently hold the position of Global Head of Talent Acquisition at ACCUMED since 2021.

Sunil Menon holds a Master of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Madurai Kamaraj University.
