Michelle Phillips

Michelle Phillips serves as the Director of Solution Design and Director of Connectivity at ACCUMEN Inc. since April 2012, where responsibilities include developing outreach customer connectivity strategies and implementing web services portal, EMR, and CRM offerings to promote growth through Information Technology. Prior to this role, Michelle worked at Quest Diagnostics from June 1988 to March 2012 as a Regional Implementation Manager, overseeing EMR interface testing and support across 19 states. Earlier in career, Michelle held the position of Senior Medical Technologist at Ohio Valley Medical Center from May 1983 to February 1988, specializing in Special Chemistry and Toxicology. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology from West Liberty University, earned from 1978 to 1982.
