David Cooper

David Cooper has had a successful career in the quality assurance field. David began their career in 1997 as a Quality Supervisor/Manager at Crane Company, where they handled all quality assurance and compliance for the business-to-business manufacturer of industrial valves and foundry products. David then moved to Goodrich Aerospace in 2001, where they served as a Quality Engineer and was responsible for the head of quality functions for a plant-within-a-plant. In 2007, they joined Accu-Mold as Quality Manager and supported a period of six-fold sales volume growth while incorporating strategic vision with tactical development and business system improvements.

David Cooper received their MBA in Business Administration from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business between 1998 and 2001. David then obtained their BS in Manufacturing Technology from the University of Northern Iowa between 1991 and 1995. In addition, they have obtained five certifications from various institutions, including Certified Supplier Quality Professional from ASQ - World Headquarters in October 2016, Certified Biomedical Auditor from American Society for Quality in October 2011, Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence from ASQ - World Headquarters in October 2006, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from ASQ - World Headquarters in October 2005, and Certified Quality Engineer from ASQ - World Headquarters in May 2003.
