Prior roles include System/Network Administrator III at Frontier Communications and Senior Support Engineer at generationE Technologies. Don's earlier experience features consultancy supporting Micromuse/IBM Netcool deployments, along with field engineering roles at XACCT Technologies and Hitachi, where expertise in network engineering was developed. Educational qualifications include studies at Louisiana State University and the University of Louisiana Monroe.
